Privacy policy

What this site collects, and what it does not.

What we collect

This is a static site. It sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics platform.

The only information we receive from you is what you choose to send through the contact form: name, email address, organisation and message. The form is submitted through a third-party service (Formspree), which passes the content to our mailbox. That service has its own privacy policy.

Why we use it

Solely to reply to your enquiry. We do not sell your information, do not pass it to third parties for marketing, and do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

Booking a call

The contact page embeds a scheduling widget from Cal.com (EU region). Loading that page fetches JavaScript from app.cal.eu, which means your browser contacts Cal.com’s servers and, as with any web request, discloses your IP address to them. If you book a slot, the name, email address and any notes you enter go to Cal.com, which processes them as our scheduling provider under its own privacy policy. You can reach us by plain email instead if you would rather not use it.

External services

The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser makes a request to Google’s servers, and such a request necessarily includes your IP address. The site is hosted on Netlify, which keeps operational server logs, and is served through Cloudflare.

Retention and deletion

Enquiries stay in our mailbox for as long as there is a business reason to keep them. If you would like an enquiry deleted, write to [email protected] and we will do so.

Client data

Clinical or preclinical data received as part of a project never passes through this website at any point. It is handled under the confidentiality and commercial agreements applying to that project.
